There are some who I suppose do somewhat help and do there job however some are ridiculously unreal, when you ring they just not interested in what you have to say. As long as their bellies are full they are just not interested in anything else. They just don't want to move from there chairs. The telephone service is the least helpful. On top of everything when they can't be asked they just put the phone down and do not bother answering it when you try to ring for hours. I have to say I didn't expect any better from these people

Struggling to get through, phones are never answered. Staff can be unnecessarily rude and unprofessional which is such a shame as we deserve better. Why are we still expected to provide photocopies of identification; come on move with the times and modernise your processes and systems. How can this be the General Consulate of Pakistan?

This afternoon I was joined by Pakistan Consulate staff from Manchester at Jaurah House. We discussed the Nadra issues people face, the new electronic visa system and other problems faced by British Pakistanis whilst travelling abroad to Pakistan. I just wanted to say they are providing a vital service for the Lancashire and surrounding areas to a very high standard. The staff are extremely friendly and approachable and a credit to the government of Pakistan. If we did not have this service in Manchester we would have to travel to London so we should be grateful as to how lucky we are. manchester staff is super staff ,all ways there to help any one

Was there for a Nadra card appointment. Very polite staff, everything was completed in 20 minutes cannot fault the new systems in place. The photocopiers was even working luckily had some change, takes 10p coins. Overall a very pleasant stress free experience. Not like 10 years ago when it was like a zoo.

Poor service, tried calling them twice and been on the phone over 30 mins. Website doesnโ€™t even have clear information and has a lot of garbage on it. The Website needs a good refurbishment including customer service.

Very hectic, but manageable. The staff are polite and understanding. No car park so parking can be an issue. Make sure you have change for the photo copying machine ( if you already haven't, best to photo copy everything lol ). Wash room facilities available including disability wash room. But no wheelchair access into the building.
