Worst experience. Such a rude lady who attended us. Her name was møna. Went there for my daughter's first passport. I didn't have my wife's passport with us because we submitted her visa extension in uk and we sent her passport there. We had all the submission receipts and everything. I got my daughter birth certificate notarized by notary public. And i asked if this is okay for the application, she said go home and send me a copy this certificate and I'll check and reply to that email. But it was too hard for her to take a look on that paper which was already in her hand and let me know if it's that the one.
