Nice staff, very willing to help with new members. Had a major issue with £70 credit going missing, the staff on site were helpful as far as possible and then head office took over the complaint and solved the issue completely. Really impressive customer service

Prices a bit higher then London. And don't know why there are so many girls working if i have to clean up the bed by myself.in London i dont have to do that. And the staff isn't too friendly. To be honest I'd rather wait to go back to London sun bed.

Decent sunbeds normaly this is hard to find in the UK

I am new to using Consol and I have had amazing service in Plymouth from Beth and Kira but when it came to using Bristol service the staff where no where to be seen I had a lady come in saying it was her day off but she did work there so showed me how to use everything but it should not be up to the lady that’s on her day off it should be the staff that are being paired to be there…

Amazing, sunbed are amazing and price is amazing

Pros: Hardly any queues. Many rooms and availability. Space looks clean. Cons: Amidst Covid and booths are not wiped by staff between customers. Not enough time to apply cream before your session starts consequently wasting a couple of minutes and pounds.

I love this place always very clean the ladies who work here are so helpful and keep it looking amazing and clean
