Conservatory Restaurant southampton

Poor service and very expensive. We were a group of 8 people. We had to arrange our own seating by joining three tables and chairs so that the group can sit together. No one came to help us. One of my mates was charged full price even though they didnot have one item in his order. When we enquired about the missing item they said since it was bank holiday they didnot get the delivery.They should have told about the missing at the ordering point but instead they decided to keep quite and still charge the full price.the prices are a total ripoff.the quality and also the quantity of food served needs to improve a lot for the prices they charge.i would use this restaurant only as a last option to dine.

Don't have the chilli beef nachos, it's awful.

Food was just ok and service was slow. The table didn't get cleared for an hour after we finished eating and we were never offered and desserts.

"Restaurant" is a little strong for what I would call it over priced microwave meal that I would not feed to my dog
