Very helpful and knowledgeable chap in reception. He took the time to answer all my questions. I didn't place my order today, but i'll be back once i've worked out how best to install the gate i need.

Absolutely appalling customer service! I'm a female customer and went to buy some fence panels today only to be a called a "dumb **se" from a guy who came to reception. I'm really sorry for ringing the bell in your unmanned tiny reception and then stepping outside during "COVID" and very hot weather. Obviously your face to face customers are not your priority. I will never recommend this place to anyone and will never shop there ever again which I have done in the past. If I could leave no stars at all I would.
