Very pushy sales tactics, told me if i didn't go down that specific day that I wouldn't be able to get a car and it will be cancelled. Had a 20 second test drive of a car that I kinda liked and didn't even manage to get it out of 2nd gear. The weather was really bad and it was pouring down with rain so I didn't see all the flaws of the car until a couple of days after I confirmed the deal. Inner wheel arch liner was missing on the drivers rear wheel showing all the back suspension(How does this even get lost/damaged unless there was a serious accident with the car previously). Side skirt on the drivers side had a massive hole in there underneath where it looked like someone has hit it with a curb(Didn't notice this until the weather was dry and I got under the car). Also was told that there is only 1 key and that I would receive the second spare key when the first finance payment was approved. I managed to fix all the flaws myself with second hand parts and a new side skirt which I had to get resprayed to match.
After the first finance payment was made, I called up to request the key and they stated that there is no second key and I wouldn't be getting a replacement and that i signed an agreement stating this(news to me) as when the guy came to drop the car off i once again asked him about the spare key and he said the same that i would receive the spare key once the first payment was made. I emailed in and called up and was basically fobbed off and lied too in order to get my signature. Felt like they where my best friend until I got the car and once the car was gone, they didn't want to know me or help me with anything. This was my first car purchase and it has been a disaster, luckily the car has had no mechanical faults 9 months in, touch wood.
I do not recommend these con artists and do not buy into the fact that they're good customer service because once they have your signature they will tell you lie after lie just to get the sale then you are worthless to them. If i had known better at the time I would of called the finance company and told them to cancel the finance as I was lied too in order for them to get my signature. Now i am left paying £14,000 for a car that was worth around £5500 if I had paid cash. Terrible experience for a first time car purchase and i will be avoiding Concept Car Credit from any future deals. I will live with the regret and learn from the mistakes I made this day.
If i could go back i would of called the finance company and told them that ill be cancelling the agreement as i was lied too on numerous occasions but i had already sank enough of my own money into fixing the car up to standards i decided to live with the losses and learn.
Please do not visit these guys on your own, take someone who knows the finance process and has experience with car purchasing as they will tell you anything to get the deal done and pull a nice little upfront sly payment off you that didn't get mentioned until the last minute.
Avoid.
