Then told we’d not done enough boarding!the employees do sweet FA and they try to dog the agency workers and they lie about what hours you’ve done to the agency to try an get away with not paying you as much. Anymore of their BS an I’ll be up there swinging dlckheads about!! Faked hours on my timesheet and payed me less, worst company iv ever had the displeasure of working for. Avoid at all costs!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Cowboy builders RIP off merchants Liars Thieves Drunkards

Only employ this firm if you have nerves of steel and unlimited funds available. The proprietor is probably the most unreasonable, cheating, lying, abusive and bullying person I have ever had to deal with. Don’t be fooled by his claims to deliver on time and stick to your budget. He dragged out the job for weeks longer than it should have taken, because he kept taking his men off to do other jobs. When challenged, he blamed us for changing our minds daily and messing up his schedule! Beware of his massive spreadsheet ‘schedules of works’. I have it on good authority that he manually calculates the entries, rather than allowing the software to calculate totals. Therefore he makes ‘mistakes’ which are usually in his favour. He double enters works and materials, leaves in costs for items and works not required and blames YOU if you don’t spot something that goes in your favour! Hence he cleverly charged us THOUSANDS of £s more than we should have been charged, and threatened to pull out off the job altogether if we didn’t pay up, leaving us with every part of the job unfinished. My wife and I were so ground down by his totally unfounded aggressive outbursts and ridiculous personal attacks to the point where we agreed to pay him just to get him off our backs. Please don’t make the same mistake. His appalling treatment of us has left my wife mentally scarred and his cheating on his account has ruined us financially.

Cannot Recommend enough! Completed our beautiful renovation on time and in budget.

We really cannot thank the team at concept enough. The whole process was a pleasure and now we have our dream house inside and out.
