Shame I can't give zero stars. Rude reception and not great to care nor service. Every single time I have been here I have waited over 30 mins- today because I was 6 mins late they refused to see me. I wouldn't have been called for sometime going on past experience but the surgery love to be awkward. Never get the same doctor twice but the rubbish service is always guaranteed

Having just had to deal with another medical practice on behalf of my mother, I am suddenly aware of how efficient Conan Doyle Medical Centre at Cameron Toll is. At this other place (in Edinburgh) you have to phone up at 8am to the minute if you want any chance of getting an appointment and if you try to arrange a phone consultation you have to wait more than two weeks. I always seem to get an appointment with the doctor or the nurse as required with Conan Doyle and the everyone seems very personable.
