Complexions Spa for Beauty & Wellness – Albany

I have enjoyed each of my experiences at Complexions, whether it's a massage or a hair appointment. It's on the pricier side, but you get what you pay for - which is an excellent experience. The massages are fabulous and Morgan does an amazing job with hair. Highly recommend.

Have been to this spa for massages several times and never leave disappointed. Love the relaxation room as well as the sauna and steam rooms. Wonderful experience each time and great tea, infused water and cookies too!

Melissa is an amazing nail artist and human. Not only does she do a great job on my nails and toes, but she knew I was having a rough day and went out of her way to make me feel better. By the time my pedicure was over I felt so good! I would give her 10 stars if I could.

I've been going to Complexions for a while now and always have a fantastic experience. Susan is by far the best massage therapist I've ever had (and I've been to several places from Albany to Saratoga!). She really customizes your massage to your needs. It never feels as though she's just done the same thing with another customer. She listens and personalizes every time. I cannot recommend her enough and already can't wait for my next appointment.

I booked my first ever relaxation massage appointment with anyone. I had the pleasure to have coral as my massage therapist . I left feeling so wonderful the whole experience from the time I walked in the door to when Barb brought me in and showed me around was a 10.. Looking forward to my next appointment.
