Avoid if possible. Staff alter and withhold medication without informing patients or gaining their consent. Have spoken to two members of staff who said the problem had been fixed and yet it persists. Their actions and bad practice are now impacting my health and ability to work.

Once again another great consultation, this time with the practice nurse Liz Holmes. She was lovely, put me at ease and listened to me. This is why I cannot fault this practice as I have never once had a bad experience. I highly recommend to anybody wondering which surgery to sign up to, personally I couldn't go anywhere else.

Best practice in Bath. I have been with them for years. They take time during your consultation to listen to you and explain things, and offer the best advice. Could never go to another practice. Saw Dr Garde today, and she really is so lovely, made me feel so much better about the problem I've had.

I cannot believe the negative comments - in 3 years of our family needing all sorts of attention, I have never failed to get us an appointment on the day or next day when needed with excellent and patient doctors. There are times of the day when you can be certain of getting a newly released appointment. Elizabeth Maclennan could have found these things out if she'd asked - and they ALWAYS answer the phone to me! To sum up, brilliant practice, great doctors and excellent admin covering two branches. If you don't get what you want, ask them nicely how you can... there's always a way: e.g. we just got an emergency repeat prescription put through by phone to collect within hours. I could go on and on how excellent this surgery has been. Ask for help and you will get it!

Reasonably fast service, friendly staff.

Been very disappointed. I've seen this surgery so many times in the last 5 months and I still have not any results for my problem. I can't believe how inefficient and careless they are. Not happy at all.

I had a bureaucratic problem and the secretaries have been extremely helpful and quick in solving it.

Imposible to get an appointment for at least seven days Too many patients for a small practice seems to be the problem Again today waited 15 minutes to speak to a receptionist ' you are 4th in the queue then when phone rang no answer for another 10 minutes simply SHOCKING so called service
