came there last weekend it was about 5:45 the Persian woman refused us even though our work was like 10 min job we went cross the road they did it for us no issue. the management you really need to look at your.customer service please I use to love this.place

RACIST!! RACIST!! This was my regular for months as the salon is near my office. But on 4 different occasions the new manager has stated “we have no more space” to do acrylics. The salon closes at 7pm, I’ve been in at 5pm whilst it was empty, 3pm and just now at 1pm. Just say you don’t want a black girl in your salon and leave it there! One of the times the guy who regularly does my nails stood up and said he was available and kindly did them. Other than that, the female manager clearly has a problem with people of colour. Shame as I’ve recommended them to so many people as their service used to be brilliant. Disgusted

The salon is very professional and it is great value for the money you are paying. I have been going there to get my nails done for the past 3 months.

Been going to this nail bar for 5 years, love it and never had an issue. Professional and if you book an appointment, they always stick to it

It was disgusting and he cut my fingers 4 times and still messed my nails and the different shapes on the nails. He was so rude and unprofessional. He wasn't concentrating on the nails. He tried charging full price and because I wouldn't pay he pulled my nails and started to take them off. Waste of my time

Ends of nails where not painted,what I wanted is not what I received because they had no glitter, also the glitter nails are ment to be 35 pound but i got charged a extra 2 pound for 2 glitter nails.so I got overcharged and unprofessional.not going there again

Eyebrow woman took half my eyebrow off, and then claimed she hadn't noticed. How do you not notice that you've just botched someone's face. She still charged me full price for them as well. I will not be going back. It's a shame really as I was a loyal customer up until today.
