Seem to see a different doctor every time, but all been very good, never gone away without getting what I needed out of an appointment. Used to have issues with getting through on the phone to get an appointment, more recently it seems to be easier. I always got an appointment but have needed to redial (not joking) over 50 times to get through at the 8am opening, or have to queue outside the door at 8am to get one booked, not great to have to deal with all that when already ill. seems better now though, reception staff always helpful and polite even though the job must be non-stop for them. Option also there to use one of the other surgeries in the group if needed which I have never resorted to.

Been trying to ring the past two weeks for an appointment for my 'check up' in order to have my repeate prescription, instead I have had no answer and I have left 3 voice mails with no response. I have even emailed with no response. I have now not had my tablets for a whole week! I never go Doctors when I am ill and when I need an appointment for a check up on medication I can't seem to get through or get an appointment, frustrating. Lucky I'm not having symptoms of a serious illness

Made dozens of calls from numerous phones on a number of days and always have been cut off. My wife has had to walk to the surgery to communicate. Their queueing system clearly does not work.

It's so easy to criticise people and services and people are so quick to criticise too, however I think this surgery is really good. It's clean, there's often a small number of doctors however the staff do everything they can to get an appointment and help. I was misdiagnosed for 4 years here, it was to no fault of the doctor, just a very acute case, upon eventually being rushed to hospital, the doctor personally phoned me upon being discharged to make sure i was recovering well, to apologise and even offered to come and visit to make sure i was recovering well.

Just simply shocking apathy towards a patient with complex needs. 11 days to reply to an eConsult request about fairly serious physical and psychological problems. Its as if you're talking to a robot when you actually eventually manage to make contact with a human there, with one sentence set in stone reasons why you're not getting the information you are seeking. I believe the 'Pandemic' has been an excuse to maximise profit to the detriment of care to patients, in a county which has been amongst the lightest hit by Covid19. GP's have turned into a business and not a haven for the afflicted. As soon as I am somewhere more permanent I shall be looking to move to a new practice.

It has been my surgery for nearly 40 years a few years back Mayflower Medical group took over, it is now not fit for purpose. You simply cannot contact them phone has been busy/engaged for 3 years and now they have just put a note on the door Surgery closed!!! The people of Plymouth have been left without a GP including the thousand of those who are vulnerable, it is shameful. Both Plymouth MP's were aware of what was happening and they both let the people of Plymouth down.
