I'm absolutely horrified, despite extremely extenuating circumstances, the staff were not able to arrange delivery of incredibly important medication without "making sure the manager is okay with it", and rather than contact them, to alert them to the urgency of the situation- they simply refused to do anything until they "are in tomorrow" and then when asked if they are allowed to arrange these deliveries, I was told "Yes, we can, but I want to clear this with the manager first."- leaving me without any guarantee that vital medication would be able to be delivered and a complete disregard for diagnosed disease.
I'm utterly horrified.
I should note that the GP felt the urgency of this medication and arranged a prescription on the day of contact. But this pharmacy did not take that approach whatsoever.
