What a joke this place is as for repeat prescriptions they have never had them right even with 2 weeks notice they still balls it up and they seem to get a kick out of it when a customer is distressed because they don’t have the prescriptions. They will talk for 20 minutes to customers about the weather and then tell me when I am next to be served to sit down because they are too busy and they will call me when they are ready all wanted was to pick up a prescription that had been with them for 2 weeks . I’ve been stuck in there for near an hour at a time and nearly every customer has the same dreadful experience . When are they ever going to catch them selves on and get their act together .

If you're on repeat prescriptions then don't bother, go somewhere else. I've been left without controlled pain medication, waiting all day for deliveries. They don't seem to care. I wrote this review a little hastily as I have just found out that my GPS surgery is to blame for late prescriptions. I apologise humbly to Cohen's for this.

Really disappointed with the service I received today, I waited 30 minutes to speak to the pharmacist which as the woman on the counter told me I had to do before purchasing what I needed. I left the shop after waiting so long as it was a sensitive subject why I was there to begin with and went elsewhere.

5/ 5

I changed to this chemist after having multiple problems with the staff at a chemist in Monton village. There was a young man that worked there that seemed like he was on a power trip. Therefore I was dreading dealing with the staff from another chemist. This chemist was the complete opposite. The staff are friendly and understanding. They help with any problems that may arise with attaining your medication. There is a young female pharmacist that works there who is so pleasant and helpful, the complete opposite of my experience with the chemist in Monton village and Boots chemist in Manchester City centre.. I wanted to add that again I had problems with my prescription/g.p and it really causes me so much stress as I'm not in great health at the moment.. Again the lovely staff at this chemist went above and beyond and sorted out the issue or me. No other chemist I've ever dealt would take the time out from their busy work and do this for me. The staff are really something special here.

DANGEROUS! They forever mix up my prescription, blaming the Doctors, but outright telling LIES between Pharmacy and Cohens head office. Once gave me Amitriptyline instead of Amlodipine, only noticing when taking them. There is a Lloyd's and Boots near which is where I'm moving mine.

I'm absolutely horrified, despite extremely extenuating circumstances, the staff were not able to arrange delivery of incredibly important medication without "making sure the manager is okay with it", and rather than contact them, to alert them to the urgency of the situation- they simply refused to do anything until they "are in tomorrow" and then when asked if they are allowed to arrange these deliveries, I was told "Yes, we can, but I want to clear this with the manager first."- leaving me without any guarantee that vital medication would be able to be delivered and a complete disregard for diagnosed disease. I'm utterly horrified. I should note that the GP felt the urgency of this medication and arranged a prescription on the day of contact. But this pharmacy did not take that approach whatsoever.
