Cohens Chemist liverpool

This used to be one of the best chemists in Crosby/ Blundellsands when Jane was the pharmacist. It has declined rapidly since, I went in earlier from work, put my prescription in only to be told it would be a half hour wait, no apology or explanation . On a previous visit they only had half of my prescription which they told me after they had processed it. I used to love the staff who worked there, they were passionate, polite and they did a brilliant job, so sad to see this decline and abrasive attitudes from staff!!!!!!!!!

All staff are great, amazing service

Paid for 2 prescriptions only to get home and find that I had been given a branded product that I could have just bought over the counter for less money! If there is the same product that is available cheaper over the counter the chemist is supposed to tell you! Normally people aren't trained to know what different medicines are. We don't know if they do the same thing. That is what chemists are trained for and you are supposed to be able to trust them to have your best interests at heart. Not the case here obviously. Will just go to boots from now on as the staff there are nice and actually trustworthy!

Really gone down hill since Jane has left.

Ran out of my medication, asked the pharmacy for enough to last until repeat prescription came through only to be told that wasn't possible while the doctor's surgery was open! This was company policy. Very poor customer service delivered by people who aren't prepared to listen.
