Often curt - rude. Usually hard to park outside the entrance due to staff parking there. Inconvenient opening times. Convenient if your GP is based in Backwell and you don't have an online pharmacy account Other than that, fine unless you live nearer Nailsea or Yatton.

Counter staff are rude, ignore customers and are condescending when only shop assistants. Pharmacist always helpful and polite

Awful service as usual not sure were the staff get their customer service training.

Very rude staff. I rang up enquiring about a prescription and the lady on the phone had a foul attitude towards me. I had heard of similar experiences, but chose to take them with a pinch of salt. I fail to understand why there is a need to be rude to customers.

This is a very valuable service for the village of Backwell and they try very hard to be as helpful as possible. They are very careful about being COVID secure and the change in pharmacist has been done with no detriment to the service. Thank you.
