Sarah at Coco has given superb treatments. She is knowledgable, efficient and sensitive to the needs of her clients. I am very very pleased with the results.

Today I had my first tattoo removal, it was quiet a stressful situation for myself, however the quality of service from this team is next level. Not only did they contact me 2 hours before my scheduled appointment to let me know I was only booked for a consult, and if I wanted my first treatment to happen today as well I would need to come half hour earlier, but when I walked in, the girls at the front desk were absolutely beautiful, I notified them I had a support person coming up and the assured me that was fine. (The feeling when walking in was calming, with everything around being clean and organised). When I went in for the consult and treatment, Ellen was more than understanding as to my emotional state, as well as accomodating to my friend and her son who had to tag along. There was constant reassurance and comfort provided. After the appointment, the girls at the front continued with their already top quality service. As much as I am not all that keen to return for more pain, I will happily return to the customer service provided from the team.
