Great service -would definitely recommend Cocklestorm. We bought a summer house 7 years ago that they erected very professionally. Attended to a small problem with the door sticking a few months later very promptly, felt like they had pride in what they do and didn't want to let the customer down. Went back this summer to ask advice on re-felting as the odd crack had appeared and was given sound advice on a range of options. Got them back for the job, great communication about when they would come and do the work, smashing job and tidy site afterwards.

Having recently ordered a number of fence panels and associated items, I was advised over the phone that delivery would be this afternoon. I specifically asked if the items could be placed behind my gate as it was likely I would be out when they arrived. I was assured that the driver would ensure this would happen. I arrived home just as the delivery was about to be completed only to find the panels etc were placed in front of the gate instead of securely behind it. I asked the driver if he could put them where I had requested them to go. He initially refused but then, with extreme bad grace, placed them behind the gate. My problem being that instead of placing them against the wall, he has left them precariously leaning against the refuse bins where they are in danger of falling over and are blocking my access to said bins. I have used Cocklestorm on a number of occasions but it is highly likely I won’t use them in the future!

Spent considerable amount of money buying fence panels with Cocklestorm, and having them dipped for extra protection. Within 12 months, areas of panels now have holes, where knots previously were, not small holes. Spoke to Cocklestorm, and whilst I accept they cannot guarantee knots in wood, absolutely no help at all. "Superglue the knots back in", was one comment. "it's the luck of the draw, maybe you're lucky they last 12 months, because it could happen in weeks", was another. So, if considering a purchase, remember you're at the mercy of how lucky you are when the panels become defective and not fit for purpose.

Stay Clear of this company, treat there employees like dirt, definitely a dodgy company all together. I’ve worked there got told to leave a job to work there and got treated like a slave, had to take a pay drop to do harder work because I didn’t agree with £8.91 to lift and carry concrete posts and bases in terrible working conditions my contract was immediately terminated, I think the HMRC and trading standards needs to investigate this company as something isn’t right!

The only panel that had to be cut was cut in a rush in torrential rain and consequently there's a large gap at the bottom where I can see into a neighbours garden as it's that tight the panel won't budge either up or down it's jammed in and the only repeated response i had from the company was to blame it on the concrete base board because it's not straight but regardless of that if the panel was cut better it would still push down without leaving a big gap as the previous panel didn't have a large gap in it.Very poor to do a site survey and not mention any potential problems and then charge 15 pounds a cut to cut something badly isn't a very good service.Plus my husband had to push the standard panels further into place himself as there were large gaps again at the base and they also left the garden covered in fence debris after one panel was broken apart. To add insult to injury after my query as to why it doesn't fit correctly the guy did not turn up on the day that was arranged to assess it he turned up the next day out of the blue un-announced without so much as an apology for his no show the day before.A refund of the 15 pounds for the badly cut panel should have been given but it was flatly refused. Please do not respond to this review blaming the bases yet again when you & I both know if the panel was cut better it would slide down further on that side and be on an angle as my previous panel was but I'm sure you will reply with an abundance of excuses and no solutions. But you didn't hold your hands up though did you and admit there was a problem and you only responded to me via email again after this review was posted. It's neither here nor there if the whole of the UK is happy with your work when I was not happy and you refused to rectify it until i left this poor review and you contacted me again even though previously there were lots & lots of emails back & forth you were adamant the remainder of the invoice was to be paid and as far as your company were concerned the matter was closed .After your refusal to rectify or refund the fifteen pounds for the badly cut panel anti climb spikes were fitted to the panels including the terribly fitted & jammed in one as I've already explained to you so taking the jammed in panel out is not really an option now but as long as you have many happy customers and you can give away Xmas trees in competitions online then who cares about the odd disgruntled customer!

The website is an absolute joke. Items shown as “In Stock” aren’t. Update the website then. Confirmation email with a link to track your Order Progress.......we don’t do that. Update the website then. Not only are items not in stock, it can be anything from 6 weeks onwards before delivery. The only thing their website does efficiently is take your money. To give a review I had to give one star......that’s being too generous.

I have had a new gate and some fence panels fitted today and I am delighted with the products and the fitting. Arranging for the measuring up and the quote for the works was easy and everyone I dealt with was very friendly. The fitters arrived on time and did an excellent job, cleaning up after themselves before they left. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Cocklestorm.
