They were wonderful highlights. A good hair trim. Very efficient and caring staff.

Awful salon. Would not recommend. 'Stylist' took a personal call on his mobile during my appointment for approx. 10 minutes and talked AT me for the rest of the appointment about which 'celebrities' hair he had styled, stopping what he was doing every time he spoke so the appointment took ages. The salon is really tatty, dirty and chaotic. Staff don't seem to know where things are. They only take cash, and ask you to not buy the groupon voucher (presumably so they don't have to pay groupon...dodgey) All in all, a very poor experience. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Totally unprofessional and incompetent. A full head of highlights was done by Sam in about 15 minutes and were really stripy and bright yellow. I complained and received no apology. I went back and was made to feel like it was my fault. I then asked for an all over light brown colour to tone down the yellow stripy highlights and ended up with very dark chocolate brown hair that was darker on the ends. Again, no apology from Sam. Apparently it would ‘fade to a light brown in a week’... I ended up going to another salon who did exactly what I had asked for in the first place, amazing service and end result. CNV on the other hand are really unprofessional and totally incompetent. The salon has been a building site for months – tools, dust, pots of paint etc. everywhere. Gross toilets, cold water for washing hair, dirty towels, really disorganised. They offer a Groupon voucher but actually ask you not to buy the voucher and to pay them directly (and often ‘round it up’) They only take cash and don’t provide a receipt. Please don’t go to this salon if you’re looking for a high quality, professional service. The cheap Groupon vouchers draws customers in, but it’s honestly not worth it and you won’t be happy with the result.

I first used this salon over 2 months ago now, after using a Groupon voucher. I had very long, but very unhealthy hair. I knew I needed a lot taken off to make it look healthy again and this was a huge step for me, but my stylist Lorenza totally put me at ease and talked me through exactly what she was doing every step of the way, making sure I was 100% happy! I left loving my new healthy locks and have been complimented on how lovely the cut is so much since then! Today I have been back to see Lorenza (which is a first for me as I rarely visit the same stylist or hair salon twice, due to not feeling like I've been listened to with what I want in past experiences at other hairdressers) I have had my hair cut amazingly again, with the style exactly what I was after. All of the staff here are so friendly and show a real genuine interest in you and your life. I feel like finally I have found a stylist I will be keeping for many years and someone i also genuinely get on with, rather than just making pointless 'small talk' (which happens in a lot of other salons)! I Can't wait to come back in another couple of months once baby no. 2 is here and be made to feel beautiful again! Thanks guys x

5 stars all the way with CNV hairdressing! Great cuts & creativity; relaxing salon & a lovely sociable family atmosphere. You will not find a better salon out there.They aim & achieve high quality & go the extra mile....sometimes even starting early or staying late to fit me in , at short notice.....& have been very accomodating with my allergies, finding products & methods that suit. I cannot praise them highly enough!

I just visited CNV hair for the second time (April 2021) and I am delighted with the look and with the care Andrea gave my hair. It shows that this salon cares about healthy hair and good products / techniques. Thanks again Andrea (and Sam). 💛

I totally love Sam. Trust him completely to give me exactly the right cut l had in mind. At almost fifty l have been to hundreds of hairdressers and he is up there with the best😁
