Since their half share things have updated and I don't like it some banks are fast at clearing money

Since their half share things have updated and I don't like it some banks are fast at clearing money when sent not my bank its slow very slow some banks if a transaction as been made they send you a text message was the you Y OR N. I don't get any of that maybe we should the 9ld clydale bank they knew how much I spent every time this one Christmas they blocked my card as they thought it was someone else when I rang them told them it was me I got a new card and pin and a sorry I am just doing my job it like my account is not looked after no more. And to be threatened to take my card away that as my money paid into it and my kids money too was bank out of order take to long to answer the phones since virgin as half of the stake it not on.
