I would just like to say a big thank you to the staff at this Byres road branch for their friendly, helpful and caring manner. Especially the branch manager Wendy, who has went over and above on many occasions to help. This kind of service is very rare to find and i feel that credit should be given to them for their effort.

I was wanting to open a savings account with this bank got everything sorted out bank card and the lot ready to save up some money with them but I would not save a penny with them now I was apauled when my friend went in to ask a few questions and the girl behind the counter was out off order my friend just said to her that my son had to go to the bank for me to get me some money out as I gave him permission to do so and he is also my career she then caused a big scene and said your son should not have used your card in the first place I will be closing down your account I could not believe the way she was spoken too so I decided not too bank with them and joined santander instead and my friend also wish is a great friendly bank would highly recommend santander than Clyde deal it's a joke off a bank
