Disgusting branch.Went to complain and said you need to phone, we can't make a complain when by law they can't refuse. Not going to use them anymore and I'll tell my friends as well how rude their personal is.

Unfortunately it's not possible to award a zero score. 13 months after my mum did they again requested a death certificate, after they have alreafy been provided with it twice in the past year, then a copy of her will and they the told my dad that although his name is on the account he can't access the cash in it. He has paid two 5 figure sums into it since she died and they won't even move it to an account in his own name despite my mother having been dead when he paid it in. He is 87years of age and is profoundly deaf. Absolutely disgusted by their awful service.

The worst branch ever, do not go to this branch the all stuff is disgusting, terryfing ,very hostile with costumers ,they behave like police officers not like a bank employee ,when you go to their branch you don’t feel welcome you feel like you going to the court and facing in front of you a procurator or a judge not just a simple bank employer, it’s terrible we are their costumers and bring them our money and they making millions from us by using our money ,and in return we get such hostile with rude attitude towards costumers,it’s a shame we are been treated like this ,we need a new law to stop and get rid of this employee which are abusing with our money and kindness, this branch must close down , my advice to all of you do not go to this branch at all ,choose other branches

I’ve never had an issue, always helpful , yeah can be very busy but that’s due to branches closing all over , be grateful we have them cause every banks trying to go cashier free and that’s major jobs lost folks :/ use the bank folks and the tellers remember how busy ain’t the staff fault , don’t use the automated services the more you do the less they need staff

No longer allowed to park in the Bank Car Park despite Disability. Disabled spaces in the Street used by anyone. Staff are always telling you what to do even if it's not for your ease. Maybe run for the Staff rather than Customer. 5 Stars when I took ill they couldn't do enough. Thank you to the First Aid Lady. Grumpy lady on the door who was downright rude to Customers.

I have been a Clydesdale bank customer for 40 years and now I am leaving. They do not care if a customer is loyal or not and that customers with complete disdain. even though I have had two account with them in credit for many years and have been what I would call a good customer they make it impossible to even make an appointment. I would make the star negative if possible. Try speaking to someone here for advice since it became Virgin it is impossible and then they blame the pandemic for their poor service. It has been poor for years which is why Clydesdale comes second bottom in the National Poling for customer service. BUT THEY DON'T CARE. They continually have what they call 'GLITCHES' with their online banking but don't dare complain because its your own fault for trying to use it!
