Amazing night for my birthday! We recieved VIP treatment from the minute we arrived. Taken to our table promptly and looked after very well all night. Didn't get the girls name who was looking after us all night (petite long brown hair), but she made us feel comfortable and looked after us all night with amazing service. Thank you!

Definitely racist! Had got 2 tickets, only to be told that we couldn’t come in because we weren’t on the guest list. As we stood outside looking for another place to go to, white people were allowed in despite not being on the guest list.

Avoid the club at all costs. I would suggest you go to China white or History. Bouncers are extremely rude and you will find the negative reviews are more of a reflection of what your experience will be like.

Like most of the reviews door staff are rude, racist and arrogant there very selective of who they let in, if you look a certain way your not getting in, me and my boyfriend(who is black) were both put on the guestlist and had proof of this, when we got to the front we was told we wasn't on there, I even got up confirmation from there official Instagram page that showed we was on there but they wasn't even intressed in looking and refused us entry, but let others in that wasn't on the guest list

I’ve been reading the racist comments and yes it’s true. Happened to my and my 2 brothers. We was turned away and was told guest list only. Bouncers we’re friendly and it’s out of their hands. The bald man who decided who comes in is the racist man.

Amazing table service with the nicest waitresses! Easy communication and booking, friendly staff who accommodated our needs during booking. People at the door so so, for some reason priority entrance was not given and we were asked to get into the queue....not sure why, but it was quick. So not an issue for us, but still! Clearly door staff should chill out. Likely our night was not ruined by them.

As described so many times already, this club most definitely is racist. Myself and two other black females were turned away as our “names were not on the guest list” despite us having confirmation on our phones. I’d like to add that we are pretty successful corporate women, and we were dressed accordingly - in hindsight, maybe even a bit too well for an establishment like Liv(!) This is actually a very clever way of ensuring the club cannot be sued for discrimination as it removes the notion that we were denied entry based on our race or how we looked, and rather on the fact that they couldn’t find out names on the list - even though we all know it’s B.S. Anyway, they did us a favour & saved us from spending our £££ there, as we were too good for a club like Liv, and we instead had a fabulous night elsewhere!

The girl on the door was clearly a racist or had been advised to not let in a certain type of ethnicity, with all the other racist reviews, I’m surprised there’s not already a case against this club for discrimination. Don’t know why people would want to work there especially the girl on the door who was adamant on discriminating.

Another racist establishment living of urban culture and a couple influencers theyll beg to come through. Agreed to pay over and above for a table, confirmed the same day with promoter. Names were on the list. All dressed appropriately with what we booked, made us wait outside in the rain 10 mins then came and gave our deposit back n said not tonight. Over the next year I predict the downfall of this club. Awful establishment and basic customer service n respect they lack. The blonde girl on the door already posted on here is definitely part of the issue. The Google reviews are facts I just wish we had read them before. Terrible place

Horrible Night, Thank God Cirque was round the corner, everything as a whole was horrible. I had arranged a table booking with someone from their media team and the bouncer and the women at the front didn’t listen to a word we said. Was picking and choosing who to let in! This had happened to a lot of people outside the club. Bouncer was extremely aggressive towards people outside the club for no reason! The lady at the door was absolutely unprofessional! She was impolite, ignorant and when asked to speak to a manager she refused to call the manager. Im sure i’m not the only person who experienced this, I travelled all the way from london for this and this needs to be reviewed.
