I only signed up here because of their facilities. Ie steam room and spa. Steam room hasn’t worked for over 6 months and now the sauna is out of action for unknown reasons and no time frame given for repairs.

The organisation keeps charging even after requested suspending my membership. The staff are helpful in attitude only, but evasive when you are trying to cancel your membership. The only focus of them is to make you stay with them and paying.
