Nice lounge with good food offerings. It was crowded but big enough to handle the people. The staff was attentive and kept the place clean. I like the smaller rooms here and there that offer some privacy and quiet (if you can catch one empty). Overall a very decent lounge at LHR.

Terminal 3 departures lounge, pay on entry approx £32 but a little cheaper if prepay online. If your want to get some work done or just go somewhere quiet then this is ideal. Buffet breakfast and drinks included. Max 3 hour stay. Very nice atmosphere, lovely staff. Laptop charging points and usb ports available at desks. I will use again.

Club Aspire was great and well worth the £24.99 fee that I paid to gain access. It was a nice space, a little loud at times, but the food was okay and it was nice to have somewhere to be able to do a little work whilst waiting for my flight. Granted the food isn't quite fine dining and it was not entirely piping hot and the loos could do with some new toilet roll holders but despite that I'll definitely be using the facility when I travel through Heathrow. It's worth the price just for the calm atmosphere inside.

Aspire are the Ryan Air of lounges. The selection of food was basic and limited and the lounge itself was a little overcrowded. I have been in a few Aspire lounges which were better run but you always get the feeling that they are trying to provide the service on the cheap. On a positive note, the staff are friendly and polite.

It's not a big lounge and the service is a little lax. Food and drink selections are limited although the quality was fine. Maybe some pastries or similar would be nice? Digestive biscuits were the only sweet/baked items on offer when I was there. So it's OK...nothing to rave about

Nice place, good service and selected refreshments. Staff are friendly and cooperative. Only one thing I feel missing is Muslim (Halal) food.
