The views are good but that's about the only captivating thing about this bar - cocktails were very overpriced for the quality received although they look good, the taste wasn't worth £12-£13 price tag. The place is crawling with hen parties so the atmosphere can get easily ruined by loud hens stumbling around or some annoying cackles.

Went for my wife's birthday., same day as the Manchester marathon and other races. Afternoon tea, how civilised! Tallest building in Manchester and the views are spectacular. Food was good and the "meal" came with a free cocktail! Recommended.

What an experience! I'd heard that cloud 23 was good but I was still surprised by just how good it was! We entered through the hotel lobby and used the dedicated lift up to the 23rd floor. The security guy radioing ahead that we were on our way made me chuckle! The views are amazing from the bar. Even though the view is of the quoter side of city it didn't matter. The waiter was friendly and efficient. The drinks were excellent. Like REALLY excellent! The blackberry and gin based drink I had first was packed full of fruity flavour and was very refreshing. The popcorn cocktail was very sweet but also had a salty initial hit which was a really nice combination. I finished off with the donut cocktail which was delicious (though the donut was a little firm so it was either getting just a little past its best or had been stored in the fridge and so it hadn't got up to room temperature.) My friend and I had 5 drinks in total between us and they cost £66 which when you take into account the whole experience it was worth every penny. I definitely want to go back and try more of the menu!

Offer a fantastic selection of afternoon tea for someone who is looking to do something special. You have to book in advance, as you can imagine it is popular but the service is first class. Our waiter was very helpful in helping us to select cocktails and certain teas that help compliment our particular tastes. Over all its an enjoyable and pleasant experience.

Best views you can get in Manchester City. The place itself looks luxury and the service is second to none. We were served by a hostess with very telling name Charisma who contributed greatly to our positive experience. They have a Creative cocktail map and it is beautifully executed. The drinks are on the expensive side, but the experience worth it.

Excellent service, stunning views and nice food. Excellent customer service when we asked to be moved when two families with four very noisy, unsupervised children arrived. Complimentary drinks offered and issues acknowledged. We will return

a special treat for my birthday and it special. the staff were all very friendly and when the tea came out I thought oh not much too eat but it was more than plenty, very full and satisfying ( not particularly keen on red pepper sandwiches though) would definitely recommend for a special occasion. if you have a fear of heights, maybe don't look down!!!
