Nice guys, bit pricey (although I think it's standard city prices) but do a good cut

Not a bad cut for £45, but the lads need to stop commenting on womens bodies as they walk past, it was non stop and very cringey.

When you pay for Cut, Wash & Finish you expect to get all these services. After my haircut was done, TJ was waiting for me to pay and I had to ask “Didn’t the selected package included wash and finish as well?”. Shocking answer “Ohh yeah, do you want your hair washed? (Of course I want, otherwise I wouldn’t pay for it in the first place) but we don’t have hot water, only cold water”. Without any other choice I accepted the cold water and stupefied again to see that the towel used was the rest of a ripped very used towel (brown colour). When it came to dry my hair, it was half dried then he asked me “is that good?”. I replied “can’t I have it fully dried please?”, his final answer being “gonna spend whole day on that (indicating the low power hair drier)” Wasn’t happy with the hair cut as well, it’s been trimmed much shorter than I suggested. If you want a different hair cut than what they do from day to day basis, maybe a more artistic one I would suggest to not choose this place.

Somehow he managed to cut my top shorter than the sides, how is that possible,?
