A delighful shop filled with beautiful pieces made by lovely people! Clifton Rocks helped us from start to finish with the process of designing an engagement ring. They were incredibly respectful of budget and very flexible with our needs. Other places in the area had made us feel unwelcome and out of our depth, but the staff at Clifton Rocks were welcoming, friendly and understanding. We would highly recommend them to anyone!!

A stone fell out of a very sentimental ring of my mums and unfortunately she was unable to find this, Clifton Rocks explained they normally wouldn’t do repairs but after explaining the history, Clare agreed to see if they could help, they replaced the stone for a very reasonable price. My mum is over the moon that she can wear this ring again, thank you! X

My partner bought my engagement ring from Clifton Rocks back in summer 2020 and the team were so helpful. The design was exactly what he was looking for and they gave him a choice of different gems and helped out with recommendations. We've just been back to buy my wedding ring and the whole process has been so smooth! Plus ring cleaning for life is a bonus!

Chloe and the team at Clifton Rocks have done a superb job of remodelling my old gold jewellery that had sentimental value, but was too old fashioned for me to wear. They took the time to understand what I wanted and checked in with me throughout the design process to check I was happy with the way the piece was shaping up. I'm absolutely thrilled with the end result - a beautify necklace and earrings set that I will wear all the time. Thank you for your hard work, craftsmanship and attention to detail. I absolutely love the style of jewellery Clifton Rocks produces so was delighted to see they offer a remodelling service. Right from the start, when I wasn’t really sure what I wanted, the staff couldn’t have been more helpful with helping me to come up with my final design.
