Clifton Down Dental Practice bristol

This review is about 7 years to late, as I joined the practice then and haven’t looked back! I have been blessed to have Ediz as my dentist. When I first came to the practice, I absolutely hated going to the dentist as my previous dentist was fundamentally a sadist who I swear enjoyed inducing pain on people. Ediz was ever so patient and caring with me to ensure that the procedure was carried out pain free and has worked with me over the years to cure my fear of dentists. When I sit in the chair now, I’m calm and relaxed while I have any procedures done. My teeth were in a bad way when I joined but with the help of Ediz and my hygienist we have worked together to improve my oral hygiene and now my teeth are healthy and I no longer need much work done to them. I can’t thank Ediz and his team enough and I would highly recommend this practice to anyone!

This is a truly incredible dental practice. Every team member goes above and beyond to ensure that my visit goes to plan. I receive calls the following day to check that my treatment has been OK and that I am not in any discomfort. The reception team are fantastic, very welcoming and remember your name- a very personal approach. The nurses take great care of you during your appointment and always come out to say hello if they see me in the waiting, which is so kind. The dentists will always make sure to explain the treatment and the cost, and i am happy to pay the private fees knowing I am able to speak to the dentist directly whenever I need to. I highly recommend this practice to everyone I speak to, and could not wish for a better practice to visit. Thank you to everyone at Clifton Down Dental Practice!

Superb dental practice. Although we recently moved out of the area, we will continue making the trip to this dentist when required. My teeth have never been so healthy and I don't remember when last I experienced bleeding gums (as was common in the past). Dr Robert Tyrrell recently sculpted a molar and installed a temporary (and then permanent) cap on the tooth - and both times I experienced no pain whatsoever (not even a dull throb) after the anaesthetic wore off!

They don't open Saturday as stated, complete rip off as they tried to charge for the wrong treatment. Rude and arrogant staff. Avoid.

Ediz and the team provide a wonderful service. I can vouch for Ediz's superb patient care and excellent treatment throughout the many years I have been coming to the Clifton Down Dental Practice. When you attend the treatment rooms, whether that is for dental work or for dental hygiene, you are made to feel completely at ease, reassured and relaxed. All procedures are explained thoroughly and questions are answered in a caring and respectful manner. This is a highly professional team who operate with the highest standards of care. My son and I have attended this practice for over 15 years and have always had the best of treatment. We always see Annie and she is kind,caring and very gentle ! I am happy to pay private prices knowing I always get a top class service. Recommend to all my friends.
