I had complete confidence in the procedure I was about to have. The process was fully explained in a step by step way. My dental implant has made me more confident in my appearance and I am delighted with the result. Aftercare was explained and now a year on I would definitely recommend this procedure.

My appointment started on time and the examination was carried out quickly and efficiently. All the staff I met were courteous and pleasant to speak to. Future steps were clearly explained.

Dr Mark Sorrentino was welcoming and inspired great confidence in me that the diagnosis and treatment will be to the highest standard. I am a nervous patient and he took account of that, explaining all aspects of his investigation clearly and making me feel comfortable.

Dr Alan Pirie has been my dentist for approximately 10 years. On my first appointment I was nervous but once I arrived I was greeted with a warm welcome. The waiting room was calm and relaxing. The staff were friendly and lovely. Helen my dentist was very helpful and welcoming and provided me with all the imfomation I needed. In a verry caring manner. Not anxious at all for my next appointment.

It is always reassuring to be met with smiling, happy faces when you enter the practice. There is a generally calming atmosphere thanks to the wealth of experience demonstrated by the staff.
