Great little museum with many interpretive panels and an educational Center for kids. I loved learning about the history of the bridge and seeing all the bridge designs from the time. I give it 3 stars because the bathroom was disgusting, with fecees on the toilet seat!

The visitors centre is a small museum on the history of the Clifton Suspension Bridge. It is fascinating to walk around inside reading all about the engineering behind how the bridge was built and other interesting facts about the project. The staff who run the centre are also very friendly and welcoming, they seemed very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the bridge, welcoming any questions we had. The centre isnt massive and should only take an hour max to walk around. Overall i would definitely recommend giving the centre a visit to learn more about the Clifton Suspension Bridge.

Excellent little museum at the end of the Suspension Bridge. Information on its history, including all the competing designs (some are quite over the top), as well as on Isambard Kingdom Brunel. Will probably take about 15 minutes to walk through. Free admission.
