It’s very rare I leave a good review unless I feel its truly deserved I enjoy leaving poor reviews cause they come so easy to me when I’ve experienced problems. I made the choice to book in with Clevedon Mazda for a COMPLETE SERVICE and MOT along with my SAFETY RECALL which required a 11 mile drive as I received exceptional customer service from Kim Barnes when making enquires, My local Mazda dealership ( Wessex Mazda ) didn’t deliver the same standard of exceptional customer service Kim Barnes did, and after My COMPLETE SERVICE and MOT along with my SAFETY RECALL was completed I was happy with the standard of work delivered by the mechanics at Clevedon Mazda, due to Kim Barnes exceptional customer service, and the standard of work completed by the mechanics at Clevedon Mazda I will be returning for future SERVICES and MOT’S. If you ever need to visit a Mazda dealership and your choices are Clevedon Mazda or Wessex Mazda I’d defiantly advise you to visit Clevedon Mazda, they are a very accommodating dealership with lots of services on offer FREE local collection, FREE courtesy car, and a while you wait option ( which I took advantage of on this occasion )

Clevedon Mazda is an excellent garage. I bought a CX3 at the beginning of August and who whole process, managed by Joe Duran, was very efficient and friendly. It’s a different experience to a lot of car dealers, inasmuch as it’s relaxing and not a pressurised sales process. The handover at the end was very professional

Always get my car serviced here. Staff are very friendly. It's never as expensive as I am expecting for the manufacturer service :-)

I was invited to test drive the all new Mazda 3 , very impressed ! Watch out Audi , BMW , Mercedes etc , this is a premium car . Test drive one today . Excellent customer service , and thanks to Nev who talked me through the cars new features whilst i was driving .

Due to the pandemic I have just taken delivery of my 1st brand new Mazda from Clevedon Mazda. I ordered the Cx30 GT Sort Tech earlier in the year and can honestly say it was well worth the wait. Thank you to Adrian Searle for making my purchase so straight forward and uncomplicated. I could not have received a better service than I got at Clevedon Mazda.
