The service provided by CleanDirect was excellent from the outset. We were quickly booked in for an initial consultation and received a detailed quote. The carpet cleaning itself was undertaken very efficiently and professionally. Alistair was extremely helpful and polite, and clearly very experienced at his work. We are delighted with the results! Our lounge carpet and area rug came up like new and our older carpet on the stairs is now much brighter and fresher. Small stubborn marks that we had been unable to remove ourselves are completely gone. As promised, the carpets were dry within a few hours. Given the new lease of life it has given to our carpets, the service was very good value and payment was made easily by bank transfer. We would certainly use CleanDirect Wirral again and fully recommend their carpet and rug cleaning service.

I just wanted to say how delighted we are with the work completed on our Sofa yesterday. We are most impressed! We have had the sofa cleaned before by a different company but their standards pale in comparison to the work done yesterday by Tony. The sofa now looks as good as new! The work has certainly exceeded our expectations. It was also a very friendly service which adds to the whole experience. We shall certainly be using your service again and will be recommending you to our friends.
