Took my 5 series to Clayton Cars this morning for a service as it said one was due on the i drive. Made me a cup of tea and before I had drunk it Pete came up and told me it didn't need a service only brake pads in 3000 miles. How many garages would have done that instead of just servicing it? Also re fixed my rear cam which kept falling off. Top marks all round for friendly service, and great tea!

I have recently had work carried out on my wife's BMW and on my Discovery Sport. In both instances I have had the work done by experienced BMW trained guys who have listened, offered suitable solutions before completing the work at a fraction of the cost of the main dealers. I have been kept informed of progress and above all the whole interaction has been more personal, when compared to main dealers I have dealt with in the past. Sam, you have my vote and my future business.

They quote that they are a fraction of the price of bmw main agents. But its a very large fraction!! Given bmw quoted prices our bill from claytons was a saving of less than 10 %! And no clean and polish!
