Chronically bad. Forced to have remedial treatment to fix bad treatment from this dentist. Now moved to a dentist up the road and very happy. Would not dream of returning here.

Firstly I absolutely hate going the dentist- 🦷 and I am the worst patient! I usually look like a horror movie extra after a teeth clean. However went here this week. Dentist was amazing. Laughing and joking put me at ease… staff were so lovely - even through melting in this heat! I went for a check up and because they had time they did the clean also. I usually bleed quite badly - but hardly anything - dentist and assistant were amazing- I was so happy I chose to go here, first time and a brilliant experience. I cannot recommend them enough.

Was very happy with the treatment I received yesterday (8/4/21). The treatment was explained clearly and sensitively as I’m very nervous going to the dentist. 2 much needed extractions done in less than 15 minutes and I didn’t feel anything. Extractions dealt with professionally and in a caring manner. I’ve been a patient at this practice for over 30 years through taking my own children. Would recommend to anyone looking for a good dental practice. Thank you for all your help yesterday.

I’ve been with this dentist for around 40 plus years paying for all my treatment. I’ve been waiting until Covid settled down to make an appointment. I called to be told by a very abrupt receptionist that I was no longer on their books! No letter, text or any communication, just removed and they aren’t taking patients on. Very disappointed at the lack of courtesy after having so much money from me over the years.
