First experience here, and I can honestly say I couldn't be happier with my nails.. the man who did them (unfortunately didn't get his name) has the best attention to detail and constantly checked his work making sure he was happy with them. Will be booking my next appointment very soon!!

Charge for dumb things, but do nails well

Horrible rude man did my nails. They got smudged and he handed me over to someone else because he was angry, her painting was not good and they are all smudged and uneven where she did them. I asked for French acrylics and he said they would be another £20 on top. Place was not clean at all and he kept hurting my hand, really would not recommend. Because I only wanted short ones which were cheaper I felt like he didnt even want to do them.

Got my nails done on Saturday 17th October and my nail has come off already, i also think it waa over priced for a set of acrylic nails which were priced at £40.... Update its been over a week and i have 3 nails left i rang the shop and the lady put he phone down on me not professional at all...

Suprise weekend away, so needed my toes doing booked for 18:30 1st time customer reception lady was friendly, shop was clean and work stations spaced out only 2 other customers in the shop at the time decided to have shellac very overpriced normally I pay £10 ended up paying £22 hummm unlikely to stop by again atmosphere very somber no interaction expect between themselves and not in english shame as nails look ok 💅

The shop isn’t essentially bad and it has a lot of potential. The location is great and the interior is quite nice as well. There are about 3-4 chairs for customers, although when I went there were only 2 employees. I’ve had my nails on for around a week now and it looks as good as the first day I got it done. I had to ask the nail tech to fix the amount of acrylic applied a few times throughout the session as it was an ombré set and each nail was starting to look different than the last. The staff listen to feedback and generally fix their mistakes along the way. Overall, my nails look pretty now and my nail tech was enthusiastic about doing his work but I don’t think the price of the nails are worth the actual experience or set. That being said all the issues could be easily solved so everything could be improved.

I will NEVER go to this nail salon again and would strongly advise others not to. I’m not usually one to write bad reviews but when you leave crying, it’s probably a bad sign. I’ve been going there for about two years, each time paying £31 to have the same thing done (I’m a creature of habit). I’ve had no problems, other than the nails are sometimes a bit hit and miss depending on who you have, but generally the staff have always been friendly. However, today I went in to the salon and as I went to pay my usual £31, the owner who I’d rarely seen before was there and told me it was £39 because I’d had rounded rather than square nails (which I’ve had previously, with no issues!). When I explained that I’ve been coming for a long time and have always paid £31 for the exact same thing, out of nowhere he proceeded to scream at me (I’m not kidding!) that I was lying and that he’d never seen me before. I still am dumbfounded as to what led to the level of rudeness and aggression he showed. I had merely tried to explain the above and was confused about the sudden increase in cost. I can honestly say I have never experienced anything like it and I was really shocked at his reaction. I ended up paying the £39 and leaving. Safe to say, I do not recommend - spend your money somewhere else.

The service is excellent, attentive, caring about the customer's feelings. I will definitely visit again.

DO NOT COME TO THIS SALON!!!!!!!!! Went yesterday to get my nails done. Did gel so that I spend money on something that would actually stay properly for longer that normal nail polish. Started peeling off today! Bad bad quality!!!! Went today to ask for my money back because I paid for a service that I didn’t completely get. Said they could fix it but not give the money. Of course I didn’t want it fixed! why would I waste time fixing it to probably come back the next day again because of the bad quality?!!!!!!!!! Service is not great, quality of nail polish isn’t either. Just look for somewhere else.

Very good customer service and lovely nails set. definitely come back !
