Not the best customer service in store. You feel like you're being monitored by staff after they bring each pair of shoes and you feel pressured to decide right away! I even felt embarrassed to ask for more sizes because of the subtle grumpiness they show when you try on something and it doesn't fit. I ended up just leaving. it's a shame after being a regular customer to Clarks for more than 10 years! A customer needs to take their time if they're buying a pair of shoes that is worth at least 70/80 pounds!
