NEVER AGAIN !!! We've been buying shoes for our girl in Clarks since she started walking. The last pair we got was in Dec last year but she only wore those shoes 2-3 times and we got her winter boots. Even tho the shoes were super pretty the design was extremely bad. Could not put them on without forcing her feet into them. Just two weeks ago I went back to Clarks on Princess St to get her foot measured. I didn't fancy any shoes they had in store. The assistant showed me pink leather trainers which were okay so she went to get a pair. She said she doesn't have 7F (which is my daughter's size according to her and she's always been F) so she gave me 7G (which is a bit wider). Shoes looked MASSIVE on her feet and I wasn't gonna get them but the shop assistant kept on repeating how they are the perfect size for her and looks great. I felt like she kept on pushing me to buy them so I did (what a mistake). My daughter kept on tripping every 2 minutes and felt a number of times . At first I thought she needs to get used to them but when I had a closer look I could see how big they were when she was walking. My finger could fit behind her heel 1) I wasted £33 as the shoes are lying unused 2) two days later they were completely wrecked as she kept on falling and tripping 3) I had to get new shoes 2 days latter 4) what a terrible terrible service!!! Not to care about the kid's comfort just to make the sale!!! NEVER AGAIN will I got to Clarks!

Ho ching is the best staff and so far I have ever seen in any retail shops. She was so very energetic and helpful. I was really impressed, she was able to help multiple people at the same time. She was even doing short run which was quite funny and cute. I even thought of leaving some tips but thought it was not normal and may find offending. Anyway I don't really write reviews but she really deserve a raise. If I had business I would have definitely hired her.

Took an eight month old to have his feet measured. The young male sales assistant was very polite and attentive. He brought all shoes in the babies size to us and we did purchase a pair however, it wasn't our first choice (none in his size) hence the knocking-off of a star.

Friendly staff and good shoes. Being placed on Princes street does mean that you have to battle the pedestrian traffic to get in. The staff member we had was very helpful and suggested a few options for what we were after. Once we had decided what we wanted, it was off to the counter and done. Shoe shopping is not something to be rushed and we never felt under pressure to make a decision quickly. Great service.
