We have been purchasing Clark's shoes for a number of years, generally from the Longwell Green branch as they have always been super helpful. They did not have our daughters size of school shoe in stock so referred us to the Broadmead branch. The level of service experienced here was a complete contrast to the usual high levels of customer service. They couldn't have been less helpful if they tried.

Quality footwear but the price of shoes can be high here. Good service though.

WOW, The training they give the staff during children's shoes, is so good they just have to look at a pair of improperly fastened shoes on a childs feet and can say they seem like a good fit. My wife actually had to take over and assess if the shoes fitted, they didn't. Absolutely appalled to think we made a 50 Mike round trip for their expertise in shoe fitting. What a joke.
