Terrible customer service! Walked into the store around 4:35, I wasn’t greeted or asked if I needed help with anything but the people that walked in 5m metres behind me were happily greeted and asked if they needed a hand. Was waiting for assistance as most team members were with customers right near where I was standing which wasn’t an issue but once they had finished helping the other customers they walked off back to the front to finish their personal conversations. Was in the store untill close, they closed the roller and essentially locked me in so thought it would be best to leave just to have the team member open the roller door back up and only told me to wait a second to switch the automatic door back on to let me out. I wasn’t even asked if I needed anything, was pretty much shoved out the door. Will never be back!!!

Horrid customer service experience. We've been to this store a few times to test our water and have purchased pool items and chemicals before. This latest time we were discussing amongst ourselves as we were about to leave whether we would buy the pool salt from this Clark store or the premium salt from Bunnings. I'm assuming it was the manager (a large fellow, somewhat balding), who stopped and interrupted us to tell us that if we went to Bunnings to not bother coming back because it costs them $2 to test pool water. I offered to pay him $2 for his troubles but he walked off proudly. We asked for whoever the man was to come to us to discuss things further but we were told he was busy. Never quite seen anything like it and the younger gentleman seemed to inherit some hostility before realising his error and apologising.
