After searching for a good deal, we recently purchased a spa and were very impressed with the pricing and professional service provided by the team at Clark Rubber Cairns. Karen was extremely knowledgeable with regards to her products and made our choice and purchase easy and stress free. We had a maintenance issue when we initially started up out spa, which was not the fault of the Clark Rubber team. However, the prompt, friendly and experienced after sales service provided by Rob (who phoned a technician in Canada and, with guidance, conducted the necessary fault-finding to rectify our problem), ensured that we soon had a perfectly operational spa. I can't recommend this company highly enough. They have provided us with fantastic service right from our initially enquiry through until now. If I could rate this company with more than the maximum 5 stars I most certainly would.
