Great service all round. Spoke with Val at Clarity who was very helpful during a number of calls. I wasn’t there at the time the work was completed (new hinges on PVC door) but all work satisfactory. And very reasonable on price as well. Would highly recommend.

We called Clarity after a break in, our UPVC door had been damaged beyond repair, we had no access to the house. Clarity fitted a new door within 24hrs. Superb Job and highly recommended.

I had Clarity in recently to fit a new backdoor in my house and the service was excellent overall. Val in the office was great helping me to choose a door that fit my requirement at the price I wanted to pay. She was patient and supportive and I really appreciated this whilst I changed my mind about which door to have. The fitter who came was also really good – he listened to my “must haves” for the job, took his time to remove the old door carefully without damaging anything and then fit the new door and left the door and the kitchen looking immaculate. It was honestly one of the best experiences of work on the house I have had. The only niggle would be the communication, but this wasn’t really down to Clarity. The door was ordered on a 4-5 week lead time and after 4 weeks Val called me to say that the supplier wanted to measure the door again. However, once the measurements were taken the new door was ready in 5 weeks and Val was able to book in the fitter within a week of it being ready, which was brilliant. I would highly recommend Clarity Doors and Windows based on my experience.

A truly fantastic company to deal with . The office staff and fitter were brilliant. I had my new door fitted within one week of getting in touch with the company. They even emailed me to reduce the original quote when the door I ordered arrived cheaper (there was no need for them to do this but it was very honorable and indicative of their whole approach)
