I would like to review my bad experience at this store, because it was a shocking experience for me at Clarins Debenhams Bullring. I went there last week and purchase some creams as usual, a clarins employee told be about an ongoing offer and because I had never had a facial I was really excited. I told her I will look at the options and she said 'You can book online, but make sure you book it by this date'. I went home, picked one. I rang the store, they told me the one I wanted was not available (Debenhams pamper package), so I picked another one, she is it is fine with that one. I arrived at the appointment, firstly I agree with the previous review, you are greeted with cold condescending faces that look like they wonder why you are there. I sat down and filled the form, and mentioned to the lady that I hadn't paid yet as online you it only takes the deposit. She asked my what promotional offer I was on, I mentioned the one and she said it's no longer available. I told her when I booked it, it was. She went to speak to her manager and came back saying, no, You should have booked the appointment to take place by the end of the deal. I said I did not know, If I knew I would have. No one told me at the store, no one told me when I made the phone call. I decided to then leave. A few minutes later she called me and said 'since you are obviously upset, I spoke to my manager and you can come back and have the treatment on the offer you booked'. Of course I did not go back. I felt insulted. She made it sound like they were doing me a favour, rather than apologise for their lack of clarity. Please train your staff better, this is not good customer service at all. It made me want to throw away all my Clarins creams. So I hope this helps someone.

Have to say it's rather offputting to arrive and hear staff gossiping about a customer. I entirely regret buying a gift voucher for my brother now. I had thought Hannah to be more professional than that.
