I’ve had back stone massage with Tracey yesterday at 14.00 hours and she was absolutely amazing, she explained the whole procedure in the beginning and let me know every step/ action she was performing. She then worked on the areas I’ve requested .. I’ve had the best experience ever, I even went ahead to tell her that, please don’t change your profession as you are brilliant at it ! Tracey was well and truly fantastic, I can highly I mean highly recommend her at John Lewis Leicester. Looking forward to my next session on the 20th of this month. Thank you Tracey once again.

I have had the best experiences at this branch of Clarins and I am a very satisfied customer. I usually go for the Hot Stone massage with Harriet and I am never disappointed. I really recommend Harriet who is an excellent therapist, with a very kind attitude to all customers and amazing product knowledge. She really takes the time to work on all the problem areas and I walk out of Clarins Studio feeling refreshed, relaxed and very pampered.

LOVE this spa. Myself and my husband will not use any other now. Staff are friendly and welcoming, with each and every visit. They are always helpful and give great product recommendations without being pushy, I always leave with samples to try! I have treatments a few times a year here (as does my husband) and they are AMAZING. Considering its in the city centre, its a totally relaxing experience and I always leave feeling calm and refreshed. I would highly recommend the Tri-active facial. Looking forward to my next visit!
