Clare Street Dental Centre bristol

I am a very nervous dental patient and pity the dentist that gets me! This was my first time at Smile Pad and admittedly it was only for a check up They have restrictions in place for COVID The receptionist was friendly I sat and waited and couldn’t hear drills as you normally can in a waiting room so that helped me relax a bit The dentist I was allocated ( sorry I was too nervous to remember her name) was lovely I explained my nerves and she was reassuring. She explained each step and I felt more relaxed I have to return to see the hygienist but all in all it was a good as an dental experience can be And I have had some pretty bad experiences too! I recommend this practise 100%

Recently managed to join after my dentist closed abruptly. Great welcome process and easy to book and see a dentist. The 2 appointments so far have been on time, to great quality and not rushed. Very impressed so far and staff all friendly and helpful. Just really pleased with how easy this has been considering the challenge with the previous dentist surgery closing.

Been to this dentist a couple of times since moving to Bristol. Wonderful, polite staff, they even squeezed me in with a last minute appointment. The dentist was very helpful, informative and reassuring. Thoroughly recommend.

Treatment was rushed and painful. Pieces of the fillings started falling just days after they were done, leaving me with painful teeth and always having little pieces in my mouth. They even felt rough and just not polished at all, it's bad to say but it was definitely a lot more comfortable before they put them in!!! If you're happy with rushed appointments then this is the place for you. Definitely not going back!

Be careful. The dentist here told me I had a huge cyst that would require a very expensive operation. I went to my previous dentist for a second opinion; they couldn’t find it and sent me to Bristol Dental Hospital for a larger Xray. In the meantime, Clare Street Dental Centre didn’t respond to any of my queries or to an official complaint — they disappeared just like my cyst.
