Tony saved the day! Had a drinks trolly I was up-cycling for a birthday present which needed new glass. Having only just opened after lock down (in May) he was backed up with orders and went out of his way/offered a temporary piece at no cost to me (as super tough had a long lead time) so I had complete present to give on the day! Highly recommend.

I have nothing but praise for Clapton Glass, and this review is way overdue!! I've saved up over the past 4 years, and so far the team have installed 5 wooden sash windows, 2 wooden casement windows and a wooden back door and frame, all double glazed. (I'm saving for 2 more sash windows now 😊) I can only describe the windows as beautiful and of excellent quality. I'm really particular about quality and finish. Sash windows have been a worthwhile investment to keep the traditional look of my home. Plus I've noticed a vast difference in heat retention and gas bills. Stan and Tony have always been so helpful, patient and provided honest advice. They have always supplied the products on time and installation occurs with no fuss whatsoever. Five star service from beginning to end. Really helpful in choosing new doors which were ready for fitting within four weeks. Quality products made locally and fitted by craftsmen..... on the coldest day of the year with snow falling. Despite this, they were on time, cheerful and thorough - and cleared up thoroughly after the job was completed. Really impressed and would highly recommend to others. In fact friends visited today and were so impressed they are going to order some as well!
