Well my 7 yr old daughter loves it and wants to give t stars...i suppose fun place for browsing and getting accessories.

The staff were very rude, especially the lady who comes out the back to do the piercings! She had no manners whatsoever and was acting quite aggressively. She didn’t look as if she wanted to be there with all her shouting. Worst place to go for piercings.

Over priced for ear piercing in my opinion.

Very angry and annoyed today of the staff at Claire's Uxbridge. I rang the store in the afternoon for the items I needed more ( brought earlier but wanted few more) for my daughter's birthday return gifts .lady said it's available so I went in the evening to buy . The girl showed me the purses which didn't have tags on I asked them the price she checked and said it's on sale I chose to buy and asked if there is more she went to check inside The manager came from inside and told me that these are not on sale ,I said your staff said that it's on sale then the staff came and said no I didn't say that ??? I was shocked to hear , what a lie!! Then the manager said we are not here only to zap all the items and tell you it's on sale or not ,I was shocked and was about to leave she said I can check again for you and went inside,came back and told me actually it's on sale ?????? I took all those as I needed them and told her " you guys need to sort yourselves out " What a customer service of claires!!!😔

So my husband went in claires for me to get my nose stud and while I was on the phone with him telling him what I want a staff member came up to him and said can I help so he told her he's looking for a nose stud her response was order it online she said it 3/4 times order it online and standing there like she wanted him to leave the shop so he felt uncomfortable and left. I did order online only 30 mins later after the money had been taken out to get an email saying they do not have it. So firstly why take the money secondly we will never shop at claires in uxbridge again. Please teach your staff how to treat customers

Too many questions when you just want to pay, eg; DOB email etc , fans were really hot and goods overpriced.

Lots of choice of costume jewellery at a reasonable price.
