Claire Brown Hair Salon bath

Claire has been cutting and highlighting my hair for over 20 years now and I have never been tempted to go anywhere else. The salon is light, spacious and a relaxing place to be. The staff are always welcoming and I look forward to my complimentary coffee and biscuit while I am there. I trust Claire completely with my hair and recommend the salon very highly.

Claire Brown Hair gave me a top to toe pamper session before my 40th birthday party. I had my hair cut and coloured by Claire, who took the time to listen to me which meant the finished result was just what I wanted. I then had a manicure and pedicure by the wonderful Gem. She had loads of colours and some great suggestions which really helped because I didn’t know what design to choose. Finally, Gem gave me amazing HD Brows to finish off my look. I have never looked so good or felt so special. I loved the whole experience, it is an oasis of calm in the centre of beautiful Bath.

I've never noticed such a little treasure tucked away on Milsom Street in Bath! But after having my hair done here I can safely say that I'll never go anywhere else again. Tracy, who is the first person who has cut my hair exactly to how I imagined it, was wonderful. In fact all the staff were kind, polite and happy. When I arrived back at my office of work I had so many nice comments about the style it was unreal! Thank you again :) I would recommend this Salon to anyone and everyone!

Claire Brown has been doing my hair for 7 years and I wouldn't want to be anywhere else. She doesn't 'impose' a style that isn't 'you'. She listens to & respects the clients wishes - and I always leave feeling fabulous. She's v. caring & trustworthy, but in a subtle, unobtrusive way. Thank God I found her!

This is my first time coming to a hair salon in Bath. I am so happy with the service, thanks to John who did my hair, he is very experienced and friendly. I’ve been comparing the prices from other salons, and Claire Brown salon is the most affordable salon to get a haircut in Bath if you’re a student. Definitely will come back here again for their service!

So happy I have found Clair. I hate spending a lot of money on my hair and went years without going to hairdressers. When it came to getting married I needed someone to sort my hair out. My mum recommended Clair to me and am so happy with both her quality of hairdressing and how much she puts you at ease, nothing is a problem for her she is so easygoing which is great. She has both dyed and cut my hair and did my fabulous wedding hair. Very reasonably priced and she is now my go-to and converted me back to going to hairdressers!

Claire has been doing my hair since she took over the salon on Milsom Street (that is MANY years now!). In Claire I have found one of those most precious things in life - a hairdresser who I trust and who listens to what I want. She did the hair for my wedding and bridesmaids about a hundred years ago, and has made sure over many years that my hair is always done for interviews, last minute nights out or whatever may require a perfect coiffure. She now does my 2 teenagers' hair also and that has involved panicked colour and cut correction after matters were (ahem) taken into their own hands! Claire is part of our family really. Once you start at the salon you will inevitably become one of the Claire gang..... Guaranteed!
