booked an appointment for diagnosis my car £119, there are some noise coming from the engine, they said it would take a day if I drop the car at 8:15 am and I will get it by the end of the day, I waited until 4pm and them a call they said they would give me call back nothing until next morning and I received an email saying I need to change this and that and for the reason that I took the car to them (under bonnet:£7355) I asked them what is this? they're response was you need new gearbox and maybe a flywheel, I took my car to them because I thought they are going to tell me the exact problem, but basically they said change the gearbox and maybe you need new engine and in the end we done our best and we advise you to get another car from us that it goes to this type of issue just after 5 years of age and less than 50000 miles on 2.0 diesel. I paid the £119 and took my car away before they asked me for more.

I took my car into Citygate in Ruislip for an M.O.T. and there was an administrative problem which could have been quite tricky. Fortunately for me this problem was rectified within 5 minutes by Kevin Grace one of the sales advisors there. This is what I call outstanding customer service. He was efficient, professional, kind and had a great sense of humour. The job was done very quickly with no fuss. I would recommend going here and be sure to ask for Kevin! A real asset to his company.
