The parts department here is exceptional. The guys and girls that work there always go out of their way to help you. Cant recommend them highly enough.

I increased my low review rating. As my old review was based on when they had the van servicing in the old place and my experiences there. It has been a lot better now it has moved to Avonmouth. Smaller more compact but friendlier. The only problem is that they still don't sell vans so I have to go to another dealer.

Awful customer service.. The staff come across as rude and too busy to see to their customers... The night staff are really ignorant when asking about something.. Typical Mercedes dealership think they are above their customers.. Very up themselves..

I had a minor issue with some documentation On a 2nd hand Vito crew cab I bought privately and contacted City west who supplied it new. I was not holding out much hope of getting the info but how wrong was I. I was contacted by Matthew as soon as they received my request and he sent me everything I needed. And he followed it up with an email with his contact details in case I needed any further help.If this is anything to go by I know where I am buying my next van from! Thanks Matthew, I appreciate the level of service you provided.

Ben Darnley - Encon Insulation. Fantastic service from City West Commercials. I couldn't have asked for better, my truck went in for a PMI late afternoon. They knew I desperately needed it back for 6am the following morning, it turned out it required a lot of work. They worked tirelessly throughout the night and delivered it back to me at 5:30am. A big thank you to Gary Voisey and the team for all their hard work!!
