Worst apartment I've stayed in. Loud noise from outside did not sleep the whole night. Sofas are dirty sofa bed is really uncomfortable. Location is central but area is really rough. Cannot believe the rubbish service staff are not helpful or understanding at all.

Check-in was easy and the night guard Mitchell (I think his name is ) was very helpful, funny and understanding. Only stayed here one night for a an event and I was really pleased with the apartment we apart we stayed in.

Location was brilliant. Was in walking distance of manchester arena and the christmas markets. Plus the arndale centre. Got very loud on a night time, being right across from the print works. Rooms could do with a refurb, and wasnt the cleanest. Ok if it's just a base. But would not stay again with our 5 year old.

Wost place I've stayed at. The reception people were nice and helpful. But this is the best thing I can say about this place. If something was not broken, it was dirty. But in a lot of cases: both. Shower missed it's door, gum in the pillows, I had an asthma attack from the dust (it was an inch of it on the beams). I won't say more 'cos i don't want to be mean. The place could be much better with some attention and a deep clean.

Dirty, noisy, horrible. Don't book. Add to that all night works on the tram that effectively means you are sleeping on a building site!! Avoid if you can.

Worst place I’ve ever stayed, the company have refused to refund our deposit as they have invented an excuse & after reading other reviews I don’t think we’re the only people they’ve done this too! Will never recommend a company that steals from its guests!
